Method of Ananda meditation for the activation of the Third eye (तीसरी आँख की सक्रियता के लिए आनंद ध्यान की विधि)
(1) Sit straight on a ground, chair, or lie down on a bed in a comfortable position.
(2) Close the eyes, touch both the hands on the ground or metal portion of the chair or wall and say Sankalp three times, “All the bad energies, obstacles on the way of my Ananda meditation from my body should go in the ground.” (मेरे शरीर की सारी बूरी शक्तियां और रूकावटे जामिन मैं चली जाए).
(3) By this time, Annamay Kosha of Sthool Body becomes calm and latent.
(4) Start breathing as it is usually taken during the sleep and maintain it throughout. Soon, it will be realized that Pranmay Kosha’ of Sukshma Body is getting calm and latent.
(5) Hereafter concentrate on ‘mind’ and during the process, worship your own God or Guru as per your tradition and feel that the God or Guru is pleased and He is smiling and you too are pleased and smiling, allow to have this feeling for few minutes approximately, which means Manomay Kosha and Vigyanmay Kosha of Sukshma Body is getting calm and latent.
(6) Within a few minutes, you will start realizing Ananda, which means, you have started your journey in Anandmay Kosha of Causal Body, which will help realize unique experiences and may last few minutes or more.
(7) After almost 15 minutes, open eyes slowly.
During the precious period of experiencing Ananda, your body (Sthool and Sukshma) gets purified along with all the Koshas (Annamay – Pranmay – Manomay – Vigyanmay and Anandmay), resulting in achieving health, peace, help activate the third eye, and everlasting happiness.
