Nose Problems: How To Apply 3 Most Successful Remedies for Healthy Nose

A NOSE

The human nose is the protruding part of the face that bears the nostrils. The shape of the nose is determined by the nasal bones and the nasal cartilages, including the nasal septum which separates the nostrils. On average the nose of a male is larger than that of a female.

google images beautiful faces साठी इमेज परिणाम
FEMALE NOSE

The nose has an area of the olfactory epithelium, specialized cells responsible for the sense of smell. Another function of the nose is the conditioning of inhaled air, warming and moistening it. Nasal hair in the nostrils prevents large particles from entering the lungs. Sneezing is a reflex to expel unwanted particles from the nose that irritate the nasal mucosa. Sneezing can transmit infections because it creates aerosols in which the droplets can harbor pathogens.

Nose syndrome

Empty nose syndrome, one form of secondary atrophic rhinitis, is a rare clinical syndrome in which people who have clear nasal passages experience a range of symptoms, most common feelings of nasal obstruction, nasal dryness and crusting, and a sensation of being unable to breathe.

People who normally experience Empty Nose Syndrome (NSE) have usually undergone a turbinectomy (removal or reduction of turbinates, structures inside the nose) or other surgical procedures that interfere with turbinates.

Signs and symptoms of a nose

There are no objective physical examination findings that positively and definitely diagnose ENS. Generally, one or more turbinates may be reduced or absent when viewed in medical imaging or via endoscope with no sign of physical obstruction, the mucosa will be dry and pale, and there may be signs of secondary infection.

Symptoms of ENS include a sensation of being unable to breathe, a feeling of nasal obstruction and dryness, and crusting, oozing, and foul smells inside the nose from infections.

A person with ENS may complain of pain in their nose or face, an inability to sleep and fatigue, and feeling irritated, depressed, or anxious; they may be constantly distracted by the sense that they are not getting enough air or difficulty in breathing.

Causes of a nose

The cause may be changed to the nasal mucous membrane and to the nerve endings in the mucosa resulting from chronic changes to the temperature and humidity of the air flowing inside the nose, caused in turn by removal or reduction of the turbinates.

Direct damage to the nerves may be a result of surgical intervention; however, as of 2015, there is no technology that allows the mapping of the sensory nerves within the nose, so it is difficult to determine whether this is causative of ENS.

Because the occurrence of ENS is rare and investigators have been unable to identify consistent diagnostic or precipitating features, psychological causes leading to a psychosomatic condition have been proposed.

Diagnosis of a nose

No consensus criteria exist for the diagnosis of ENS; it is typically diagnosed by ruling out other conditions, with ENS remaining the likely diagnosis if the signs and symptoms are present.

A “cotton test” has been proposed, in which moist cotton is held where a turbinate should be, to see if it provides relief; while this has not been validated nor is it widely accepted, it may be useful to identify which people may benefit from surgery.

As of 2015, protocols for using rhinomanometry to diagnose ENS and measure response to surgery were under development, as was a standardized clinical instrument (a well defined and validated questionnaire) to obtain more useful reporting of a symptom.

Prevention of a nose

Avoiding turbinectomy or using turbinate-sparing techniques may prevent ENS.

Treatment of a nose – Medical Science

Initial treatment is similar to atrophic rhinitis, namely keeping the nasal mucosa moist with saline or oil-based lubricants and treating pain and infection as they arise; adding menthol to lubricants may be helpful in ENS, as may be the use of a cool mist humidifier at home.

For people with anxiety, depression, or who are obsessed with the feeling that they can’t breathe, psychiatric or psychological care may be helpful.

The medical science has developed a lot and developing day by day. But its quite pathetic that it is going beyond the reach of poor people. The motto of medical science should be of making the facilities easily available at affordable cost, but this important factor has been neglected. Let us examine one example of ‘nosebleeds‘, which can be normal as well as become a serious issue also.

Nosebleeds

Nosebleeds can be frightening, but they aren’t usually a sign of anything serious and can often be treated at home without the medical help but in serious cases, one must visit a doctor for further deterioration of health.

The medical name for a nosebleed is epistaxis. During a nosebleed, blood flows from one or both nostrils. It can be heavy or light and last from a few seconds to 10 minutes or even more than that.

In view of the above situation, if a sufferer is staying away from the city where no medical services are available, how can a poor get health, peace, and progress? Owing to this failure, almost 70% of people are unable to avail the facilities of prevailing medical science. Then why one should not become independent in controlling a situation, which may happen with self or others. I am of the opinion that our best efforts are also required for controlling the situation for our or others health.

Therefore, Dr. Swami Hardas has introduced ‘Swami Hardas Life System‘ / ‘CCPE Life System‘ (Conceptual Creative Positive Energy Life System), which is the requirement of the people as it fulfills their requirement of health, peace, and progress in totality.

However, although we have read about a nose, syndrome of a nose, signs & symptoms of a nose, causes of a nose, diagnosis of a nose, prevention of a nose, and treatment of a nose within the limit of medical science.

We are yet to know about the self-learned and self-practiced remedies available in Siddha Spirituality, and that too without money and medicines. Hence, let us know about such remedies available in Siddha Spirituality of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’ / ‘CCPE Life System’ for the wellbeing of all of us.

How To Apply 3 Most Successful Remedies For a Healthy Nose

REMEDY No. 1: SIDDHA SHAKTIDATA YOG

This ‘Siddha Shaktidata Yog’ is specially introduced for practicing by any common person so that they too are benefited. There is no compulsion of training of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’/’CCPE Life System’ etc.

No ‘Celestial Siddha Shaktipat’ is required for practicing of this Yog. This Yog not only gives benefits to self but also it can be used for others effectively, who may be in the same house, distantly available in the same city, same nation or may be in any corner of the world.

celestial siddha shaktipat images साठी इमेज परिणाम
CELESTIAL SIDDHA SHAKTIPAT YOG

The method for practicing this Yog for the healing of own nose is explained as follows, please learn and practice accordingly: –

Material Required: ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas and ‘Aasan’. One needs to have a ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas for practicing this Yog, which may be of calendar size or passport size.

The ‘Shaktidata Photo’ can be acquired from any of the nearest Training Centers of ‘Swami Hardas Charitable Trust’ established all over India or directly from ‘Shaktidata’, Pune (India).

Method: Sit comfortably on the ground over any piece of cloth or Aasan. Hold the ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas in any of the hand (Left or Right). Start looking continuously in the eyes of Swamiji and say a Sankalp 3 times i.e. “Siddha Swami Give Me Siddha Energy so that I get Health”. Keep looking continuously for a few seconds and feel/imagine Swamiji is bestowing ‘Siddha Energy’.

Now, close eyes for half a minute and establish the received energy in between two eyebrows just above the nose on the forehead for half a minute. Repeat this process three times. However, do not open eyes after the third event finishes.

Now start moving the energy inside the whole body starting from the point between two eyebrows and slowly going down up to the toes and again up to the point between two eyebrows. Repeat this process i.e. up and down three times.

Where there is a problem (in this case, we have a problem with a nose) in the body at a particular spot, where the energy should be rotated for little longer time. Finish this process within 3 minutes and open the eyes by leaving the energy at a nose having the feeling that the energy is going through a nose inside, nose bone, veins, and surrounding. Then open the eyes slowly.

This way, the ‘Siddha Shaktidata Yog’ gets completed. This Yog may be performed, if required, with a minimum gap of an hour till complete relief is achieved.

This Yog can be performed for other problems also. The ‘Sankalp’ can be as per the need or ‘Satwik Manokamna’ (Good Desire). It can be practiced for the fulfillment of any good desire or gaining health.

REMEDY No. 2: CCPE PRODUCTS

These are two different products – One is known as ‘Extractor’ and second is ‘Booster’, which works on the concepts of ‘Conceptual Creative Positive Energy’ (CCPE) within the provisions of Siddha Spirituality of ‘CCPE Life System‘.

These products work on the theory of Quantum Mechanism to a certain extent. They are in the constant touch with the Siddha Energy being relayed from Shaktidata, Pune (India) on 24×7 principal.

The products are activated only whenever touched by a human. But they should be safeguarded from the water. Otherwise, they can render life-long service. These can be used for self as well as for any member of family, relatives, friends etc.

How to use these products? This is a great question. But do not worry, the uses are simple, which are explained below, read them carefully, understand and instantly practice them for achieving best results:-

CCPE Extractor: It should be held with two fingers upright having kept the third finger over the hole at the one end of a CCPE Extractor. This should be gently moved with circular motion over the nose, move it at least for 3 minutes. Then keep it aside but not over the bare ground.

CCPE Booster: After the use of CCPE Extractor, hold ‘CCPE Booster’ with all the fingers around the edges and keep one CCPE Booster between two eyebrows (Agya Chakra) and second over the nose for 3 to 5 minutes. Remember, the booster has one side plain and another side is engraved with the name of the product. The plain side of the booster only to be touched to the skin.

Both the processes, in this case, may need hardly 8 to 10 minutes. After completing the process, wait for 5 minutes and observe how much benefit is achieved. For example – if someone has a sneezing problem and he/she could only reduce sneezing frequency to a certain extent, then again repeat the process every after one hour. This way a nose can be made healthy.

However, your problem is most likely to be solved on the spot or some may need more time. It depends on the energy field of the particular person how he/she responds to the remedy. But the benefit is assured.

REMEDY No. 3: UAM

UAM (Understanding, Awakening & Movement): It is a unique process which can be applied by the persons who have undergone training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat. After completing these requirements, he/she can make the best use of the process much faster than any other methods available.

So, to know more and adopt the process, it is mandatory to undergo a unique training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat process. We have such centers all over India and even in some countries where selfless services are being rendered free of cost.

If, training is not feasible owing to some reasons, please add ‘Preventive Measures’ as an additional remedy for solving a nose related problems for gaining health. Kindly learn and practice regularly the Preventive Measures for gaining and maintaining health explained in one of the articles as follows:-

If some of you have not got a chance to read some of my articles, they can read, learn and practice on the following given links:-

An Eye Problems: 3 most successful Self-learned and Self-practiced remedies

AN EYE

This article is about the organ – for the human eye, see the Human eye. This is one of the most vital organs among all in our body. Hence, let us know about it in detail.

HUMAN EYES

How do eyes function?

Eyes are organs of the visual system. They provide organisms with vision, the ability to receive and process visual detail, as well as enabling several photo response functions that are independent of vision.

Eyes detect light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons. In higher organisms, the eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm.

Eyes focus through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, converts this image into a set of electrical signals, and transmits these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect the eye via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.

Human, Animal, Insect eyes

Eyes, which are complex can distinguish shapes and colors. The visual fields of many organisms, especially predators, involve large areas of binocular vision to improve depth perception.

Eyes work by allowing light to enter and project onto a light-sensitive panel of cells, known as the retina, at the rear of the eye. The cone cells (for color) and the rod cells (for low-light contrasts) in the retina detect and convert light into neural signals for vision. The visual signals are then transmitted to the brain via the optic nerve.

Eyes of this type are typically roughly spherical, filled with a transparent gel-like substance called the vitreous humor, with a focusing lens and often an iris; the relaxing or tightening of the muscles around the iris change the size of the pupil, thereby regulating the amount of light that enters the eye, and reducing aberrations when there is enough light.

Eyes of most cephalopods, fish, amphibians, and snakes have fixed lens shapes, and focusing vision is achieved by telescoping the lens—similar to how a camera focuses. Eyes, which are compound are found among the arthropods and are composed of many simple facets which, depending on the details of anatomy, may give either a single pixelated image or multiple images, per eye.

Eyes – some eyes have up to 28,000 such sensors, which are arranged hexagonally, and which can give a full 360° field of vision. Compound eyes are very sensitive to motion. Some arthropods, including many Strepsiptera, have compound eyes of only a few facets, each with a retina capable of creating an image, creating the vision.

In contrast to compound eyes, simple eyes are those that have a single lens. For example, jumping spiders have a large pair of simple eyes with a narrow field of view, supported by an array of other, smaller eyes for peripheral vision.

Some insect larvae, like caterpillars, have a different type of simple eye (stemmata) which usually provides only a rough image, but (as in sawfly larvae) can possess resolving powers of 4 degrees of arc, be polarization sensitive and capable of increasing its absolute sensitivity at night by a factor of 1,000 or more.

Some of the simplest eyes, called ocelli, can be found in animals like some of the snails, which cannot actually “see” in the normal sense. They do have photosensitive cells, but no lens and no other means of projecting an image onto these cells. They can distinguish between light and dark, but no more.

Eyes of snails enable them to keep out of direct sunlight. In organisms dwelling near deep-sea vents, compound eyes have been secondarily simplified and adapted to spot the infra-red light produced by the hot vents–in this way the bearers can spot hot springs and avoid being boiled alive.

Types of eyes

There are ten different eye layouts—indeed every technological method of capturing an optical image commonly used by human beings, with the exceptions of zoom and Fresnel lenses, occur in nature.

Eye types can be categorized into “simple eyes“, with one concave photoreceptive surface, and “compound eyes“, which comprise a number of individual lenses laid out on a convex surface.

Note that “simple” does not imply a reduced level of complexity or acuity. Indeed, any eye type can be adapted for almost any behavior or environment. The only limitations specific to eye types are that of resolution—the physics of compound eyes prevents them from achieving a resolution better than 1°.

Also, superposition eyes can achieve greater sensitivity than apposition eyes, so are better suited to dark-dwelling creatures.

Eyes also fall into two groups on the basis of their photoreceptor’s cellular construction, with the photoreceptor cells either being ciliated (as in the vertebrates) or rhabdomeric. These two groups are not monophyletic; the cnidaria also possesses ciliated cells, and some gastropods, possess both.

Causes of eye diseases

Most people have eye problems at one time or another. Some are minor and will go away on their own, or are easy to treat at home with some home remedies. But others need a specialist’s care. However, risk should not be taken as far as the health of eyes is concerned.

Diagnosis of eyes

Whether your vision isn’t what it used to be, or never was that great, there are things you can do to get your eye health back on track.

See if any of these common problems sound familiar to you. And always check with a doctor if your symptoms are really bad or don’t clear up within a few days.

  • Eyestrain: Anyone who reads for hours works at a computer or drives long distances knows about this one. It happens when you overuse your eyes. They get tired and need to rest, just like any other part of your body. If your eyes feel strained, give them some time off. If they are still wary after a few days, check with your doctor to make sure it isn’t another problem.

  • Detecting eye diseases and conditions: As we age, vision loss from eye diseases is increasing day by day.

  • As per the survey of the National Eye Institute (NEI) and the CDC about 3.3 to 4.1 million Americans ages 40 or older are blind or have low vision. This is about 1 in every 28 people. By 2020, that number could be 5.5 million — a 60% increase.

  • As per the survey of the NEI, it is found that there are most common eye diseases in people over age 40, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, and glaucoma.

Important Advice

To catch eye conditions early and help prevent vision loss, you should get a baseline eye exam when you are 40. If you are at high risk for an eye problem, yearly visits are recommended.

If there are no issues, you should then see your doctor every 2 to 4 years until you are 54. Afterward, visits should be more frequent i.e. every 1 to three 3 years. By the time you reach 65, consider visits every 1 to 2 years.

Most Successful Self-learned & Self-practiced Remedies

Eyes may be of any type, it is important that we should take utmost care. In case, if anyone faces any type of problem with the eyes, we need to have some remedy, which can be afforded by any person.

If we get such a method which does not need any medicine or even need not spend a huge amount of money and moreover we ourselves become capable of dealing with the problem, then…what else is required?

Yes, there is a unique and pious concept available for all of us, which is capable of achieving positive results. You know, what I am talking about…yes, Siddha Spirituality of Swami Hardas Life System. Then let us find out what are self-learned and self-practiced remedies.

Successful remedies of Siddha Spirituality under the provisions of Swami Hardas Life System are as follows, read carefully and try to practice at least for own wellbeing:-

1. Siddha preventive measures

These are must and to be practiced by everybody, whether healthy or status of health, peace, and progress is deteriorated. As a matter of fact, Siddha Preventive Measures are primary steps for switching on to any other Siddha Remedy, which help in one’s capability, productivity, decision making power, intellectuality and removing minor health problems. These are known as (a) Earthing, (b) Field Cleaning, and (c) Siddha Brain Exercise or Energizing.

(a) Earthing can be performed as follows:

Stand erect raising heels from the ground, raise both the hands in the air, open up all the fingers, bring hands downward in a circular motion and touch the ground with the tips of fingers. Stay for 30 to 60 seconds in the same position and come back to original position. This action will pass on the negativity of body into the ground and hence it is called ‘earthing’, which is one of the ‘preventive measures’. Do this only once.

(b) Field cleaning can be performed as follows:

Stand erect on flat feet, keep the palm of both the hands over the head and slowly bring down the hands toward the ground, as close as to body but not touching any part/portion. Thus, touch the ground with flat palms of the hands. This is to be done twice.

(c) Siddha Brain Exercise/Energizing, which can be performed as follows with three steps:

Step 1: Apply little coconut oil or any suitable oil to the tips of all the 10 fingers of both hands and do massage with the tips for almost two minutes. Wait for few seconds. Those who do not like oil for their head, they can perform this without applying oil.

Step 2: Open all the fingers of your hands, place them over the forehead and drag them slowly with little pressure up to the lower portion of the small brain. Do this at least 8 to 10 times. Wait for few seconds.

Step 3: The head should be bent and brought below the level of the heart. Wait there for almost 1 minute and slowly come to a normal position. Do this 3 times. This way the Brain Exercise may be practiced and completed after taking bath and before going to the bed (two times a day).

The benefits achieved are praiseworthy and astonishing. It will also help students to increase their memory and thus help remember studies at right time.

2. Siddha Shaktidata Yog

This unique Siddha Shaktidata Yog is self-learned and self-practiced for solving low blood pressure & associated problems, Addiction, Education, Agriculture, Vastu, Financial and many more.

Specialty

This is specially introduced for practicing by any common person so that they too are benefited. There is no compulsion of training of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’ etc. No Celestial Siddha Shaktipat is required for practicing this Yog. This not only gives benefits to self but also it can be used for other affected persons effectively.

Wide coverage

A person may be in the same house, distantly available in the same city, same nation or may be in any corner of the world. This unique method can be utilized effectively. We are more concerned about your health and wellbeing.

Material Required

Shaktidata Photo of Dr. Swami Hardas and Aasan. The Shaktidata Photo of Dr. Swami Hardas may be of calendar size or passport size.

Method

Sit comfortably on the ground over any piece of cloth or Aasan. Hold the Shaktidata Photo in any one of the hands. Start looking continuously in the eyes of Swamiji and say a Sankalp as mentioned below:

Sankalp: “Siddha Swami Give Me Siddha Energy so that I get Health” three times. Keep looking continuously for a few seconds and feel/imagine Swamiji is bestowing ‘Siddha Energy’. Now, close eyes for half a minute and establish received Siddha Energy in between two eyebrows (just above the nose on the forehead i.e. Agya Chakra) for half a minute. Repeat this process three times.

However, do not open eyes the third time. Now start moving the energy in a circular motion inside the whole body. Repeat this process nine times. Where there is a problem in the body, the energy should be rotated for a little longer time (in this case at eyes). Finish this process within 3 minutes.

Open the eyes by leaving the energy either at the Agya Chakra or where the problem lies i.e. head and heart. The opening of the eyes should be slow. Thus, you will surely achieve health as far as low blood pressure is concerned.

3. CCPE Extractor & Booster

These are two different products – One is known as ‘Extractor’ and second is ‘Booster’, which works on the concepts of ‘Conceptual Creative Positive Energy’ (CCPE) within the provisions of ‘CCPE Life System‘.

These can be used for self as well as by any member of family, friends etc.

How to use these products? This is a great question. But do not worry, the uses are simple, which are explained below, read them carefully, understand and instantly practice them for achieving best results:-

CCPE Extractor: It should be held with two fingers upright having kept one finger over the hole at the one end of a CCPE Extractor. This should be gently moved with circular motion over the forehead i.e. center point of the forehead (Agya Chakra), the place between two eyebrows, move it at least for 30-60 seconds subsequently followed with the same process for another eye for almost 3  -5 minutes. Then keep it aside but not over bare ground.

Meditation, Spiritual, Yoga, Meditating
AGYA CHAKRA

CCPE Booster: After the use of CCPE Extractor, hold ‘CCPE Booster’ with all the fingers around the edges and keep one each CCPE Booster over both the eyes for 3 to 5 minutes. The eyes should be closed. Rubbing over the eyes must be avoided. Remember, the booster has one side plain and another side is engraved with the name of the product. The plain side of the booster only to be touched to the skin.

Both the processes, in this case, may need hardly 2 to 3 minutes. After completing the process, wait for 5 to 10 minutes and observe how much benefit is achieved. For example – if someone has a vision problem and he/she can not read anything without sunglasses, just try to read without wearing glasses.

It is most possible that you will be able to read without the glasses or if you get about 50% benefit, then again repeat process every after one hour or after finishing CCPE Extractor process, keep the CCPE Booster over the eyes for a limited time.

This way your problem is most likely to be solved on the spot or some may need more time. It depends on the energy field of the particular person how he/she responds to the remedy. But the benefit is assured.

UAM

UAM (Understanding, Awakening & Movement): It is a unique process which can be applied by the persons who have undergone training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat. After completing these requirements, he/she can make the best use of the process much faster than any other methods available.

This being the secret method, I can not explain here for some reasons but I can say that our hands are being used for its applications.

So, to know more and adopt the process, it is mandatory to undergo a unique training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat process. We have such centers all over India and even in some countries where selfless services are being rendered free of cost.

Conclusion: In view of the above, we have learned about the problems of eyes, causes of the eyes, types of the eyes, diagnosis of the eyes and the 3 most successful remedies. Among which, 2 Siddha Remedies are self-learned from this article and self-practiced without any delay.

The third Siddha Remedy can be practiced when learned. So, look for such Training Centres nearby where you reside or contact on the following address for more information. One can also inquire about the availability of the CCPE Products:-

A Headache: Causes And Diagnosis: How To Apply 3 Most Effective Remedies

A HEADACHE

A headache is the symptom of pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. It occurs in migraines- sharp, or throbbing pains, tension-type headaches, and cluster headaches. Frequent headaches can affect relationships and employment. There is also an increased risk of depression in those with severe headaches.

A HEADACHE: MISERY

Headaches can occur as a result of many conditions whether serious or not. In certain cases, the person may face a lot of misery. There are a number of different classification systems for headaches.

The most well-recognized is that of the ‘International Headache Society’. Causes of headaches may include dehydration, fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, loud noises, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverage, and serious issues of dental or sinus issues.

Treatment of a headache depends on the underlying cause but commonly involves pain medication. A headache is one of the most commonly experienced all physical discomforts.

About half of adults have a headache in a given year. Tension headaches are the most common, affecting about 1.6 billion people (21.8% of the population) followed by migraine headaches which affect about 848 million (11.7%).

What Are The Causes?

There are more than 200 types of headaches. Some are harmless and some are life-threatening. The description of a headache and findings on neurological examination determine whether additional tests are needed and what treatment is best.

How To Diagnose?

Most headaches can be diagnosed by the clinical history alone. If the symptoms described by the person sound dangerous, further testing with neuroimaging or lumbar puncture may be necessary. Electroencephalography (EEG) is not useful for headache diagnosis.

The first step to diagnosing a headache is to determine if a headache is old or new. A new headache can be a headache that has started recently or a chronic headache that has changed character.

For example, if a person has chronic weekly headaches with pressure on both sides of his head, and then develops a sudden severe throbbing headache on one side of his head, they have a new headache.

What Are The Remedies?

The most effective, quick result oriented and amazing remedies are available in Siddha Spirituality of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’.

The most amazing fact is that these remedies can easily be understood by any layman, adapted and applied effectively for any type of headaches.

For example, simple to chronic, migraines, cluster, sharp or throbbing pains, tension-type headaches, cluster headaches, depression, and frequent headaches.

The extra bonus is that these methods can be taught to others so that they can also avail benefits. The time needs for practicing is just 15 minutes, which any person can spare for wellbeing.

How To Apply 3 Most Effective Remedies

In view of the above, there are plenty of remedies within Allopathy, Ayurveda or any other pathy. But it is advised to get the desired doctor’s advice, get a treatment done. In case, no improvement is noticed, again approach the doctor and follow his advice.

Along with the prescribed medicines (do not discontinue medicines), try following Siddha Remedies within the provisions of Siddha Spirituality of Swami Hardas Life System.

5 Successful Tips For Development Of Students: How To Study?

WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF STUDENT?

student is a person who is studying at a school, college, educational institute, university etc.

WHAT IS INTELLECTUALITY?

‘Vidhyarthi Jeevan Sadhana’ means ‘Student Life Sadhana’ of Siddha Spirituality of Swami Hardas Life System, which enhances the intellectuality of a student. How important ‘intellectuality’ is not necessary to be told. The human being has been considered great because of intellectuality and widely proving his right in the world.

It will not be wrong to mention that studying intellectuality starts soon from getting established in the mother’s womb before taking birth and ends with death. Hence, this precious period from birth to death everyone must utilize for living our glorious life comfortable and with success.

The human being can achieve great success if there is right guidance at the right time, little discipline and efforts. If one of these lacks behind, the obstacles emerge one by one and it becomes difficult to achieve the goal. Once we lack behind then it is all over, we start lacking behind and we become unsuccessful in life.

It has been observed from the extensive survey carried out by ‘representatives’ of ‘Swami Hardas Life System‘ that normally the following reasons have been proved fatal for the students of any age: –

  • Unable to undertake studies may be owing to not realizing it’s importance, negligence, laziness; and even though tries to study, the student becomes helpless to concentrate on studies.
  • Unable to understand whatever has been studied due to unknown fear, lackadaisical attitude or force of parents etc.
  • Whatever is studied is forgotten immediately, resulting in unable to remember may be owing to lack of concentration or some memory deficiency etc.
  • Unable to understand the way to be studied, where to begin from, may be due to lack of proper guidance etc.
  • Unable to recollect studied matter during examination while attending to questions even answers are known, may be owing to unknown fear etc.
  • Getting puzzled when questions are asked, may be owing to lack of confidence etc.
  • Unable to understand or realize the importance of study e.g. What, Why and How to study? … maybe owing to improper guidance or no guidance etc.
  • Not to possess respect regarding intellectuality, may be owing to bad friendship or increasing input of negative thoughts by some antisocial elements etc.

Therefore, if one has to become successful in life, the right remedy at right time has to be found out and applied for the above problems. The right way suggested here is based on Siddha Spirituality of ‘Swami Hardas Life System‘ as it is quite effective and result oriented, is easily adaptable and practicable.

I assure if following Sadhana, Upasana, Methods suggested here are adopted and practiced then success is not away from you: –

WHAT ARE THE SECRET OF SUCCESS?

For achieving success in any kind of work, it is imperative to contribute Materialistic Herculean efforts, Devine efforts, and attachment to ‘Adhyatm’ (spirituality).

This way, if the work is performed the success is not far, it can be achieved faster. This is the only secret of success, which is not only easy to practice but secured and sure way of ‘progress’ ultimately resulting in achieving a glorious life.

Some of the following some realistic examples will inspire you for the great success they have achieved:-

Statue, Maharaj, Horse, Maratha
Shri. SHIVAJI MAHARAJ

Shivaji Maharaj was hard working. He had the mother like ‘Jeejabai’, materialistic Guru like Shri. Dadajee Kondake and others to guide him. He had ‘Sadguru’ like ‘Samarth Ramdas’ for making him perfect and able. He had blessings of Goddess (Kulswamini) ‘Tulajabhavani’ and sword to perform his work, responsibilities, and duties. He could succeed and reached up to his goal with the combination of all these.

Swami Vivekanand was a Hindu monk and one of the most celebrated spiritual leaders of India. He was more than just a spiritual mind; he was a prolific thinker, great orator, and passionate patriot. He carried on the free-thinking philosophy of his guru, Ramakrishna Paramhansa forward into a new paradigm.

SWAMI VIVEKANAND

He worked tirelessly towards the betterment of the society, in servitude of the poor and needy, dedicating his all for his country. He was responsible for the revival of Hindu spiritualism and established Hinduism as a revered religion on the world stage.

His message of universal brotherhood and self-awakening remains relevant especially in the current backdrop of widespread political turmoil around the world. The young monk and his teachings have been an inspiration to many, and his words have become goals of self-improvement especially for the youth of the country.

For this very reason, his birthday, January 12, is celebrated as the ‘National Youth Day’ in India.

WHAT IS ‘JEEVAN SADHANA’?

‘Jeevan Sadhana’ is about knowing and learning ‘what is to be done? what is not to be done? when to do? how to do?’ etc and put our efforts accordingly. The following factors are important: –

  • What is to be done by students?
  • What is not to be done by students?
  • How to study?
  • What are Sadhana and Progress?

Now let us know in detail about each factor mentioned above: –

WHAT IS TO BE DONE BY STUDENTS?

(1) Wake up in the morning by remembering God, touch the ground with fingers of both the hands and show your gratitude towards Him. Then only touch the ground with feet. Wish your mother, father, and other elders and accept their blessings with a smile.

(2) Perform morning activities e.g. Brushing teeth, washing mouth, and bathing etc.

(3) Preferably, bath with cold or warm water as per the need of the atmosphere, rubbing body with hands is beneficial for proper blood circulation.

(4) Perform worship by sitting or standing in front of God’s idol or as per your belief or tradition and recite ‘Siddha Kalyan Sadhana’. Please refer another article to know more about… Siddha Kalyan Sadhana …

(5) Have breakfast with milk. Bed Tea should not be consumed in the morning because it has proved to be fatal for health.

(6) Sit with books, notebooks and greet them with folded hands, read them and try to memorize by closing eyes about whatever is studied at the end of the study.

(7) Go to school/college regularly, concentrate in class and come back home in time after leaving school/college. So that your parents waiting for you at home, will be free from unnecessary worries and you also will be able to maintain your daily routine activities.

(8) Help the mother and father in their work, which will help you learn many things and they will also love you. This will help vanish laziness and also understanding will increase in a better way with each other.

(9) Concentrate more on the weak subjects compared to other subjects for achieving equal progress in all the subjects.

(10) Outdoor games should be played for minimum an hour for keeping physically as well as mentally all time fit and energetic.

(11) You must return home before sunset, wash hands, mouth, legs and recite Siddha Kalyan Sadhana.

(12) Again study, complete homework, have a meal and go to bed by 9 or latest by 10 PM.

(13) While trying to sleep, perform ‘Shavasana’ in which deep breathing or pronunciation of ‘Om’, ‘Manaspooja’, Pooja, Prayer, self-revelation, surrendering may be included.

(14) A meal should be ‘Satwik’; light and fresh e.g. cow milk, rice, green vegetables, ghee, honey and fruits etc, which are much beneficial.

(15) Fresh milk of a cow is the best, which help increase intellectuality.

WHAT IS NOT TO BE DONE BY STUDENTS?

Please do not do the following, which will spoil life and future and it is most likely that you may have to suffer a lot: –

(1) Addiction. You may like to know more about Addiction or De-addiction…

(2) Laziness, which is very bad and harmful, which keeps ‘success’ away.

(3) Abusing, criticizing and lying to parents, friends, teachers etc, which no one likes and leaves a bad impression.

(4) Watching TV, Cinema and Video, which may be viewed with permission of parents and that too rarely. Do not get involved much and become an addict. It will distract your mind from studies and gradually you will become addicted.

(5) Looking and bringing out the faults of the mother, father or elders to their notice is improper conduct and leaves a bad impression.

(6) Proudness regarding being rich or being intellectual or any other thing, which will become a great cause for your fallout. Behaviors with all must be of brotherhood.

(7) Never forget the efforts, favors, sacrifice, and love given to you by parents, teachers; which cannot be refunded at any cost and will contribute to progressing yourself.

(8) Bad and most dangerous habits like Gambling, Chase, Cards, Lottery etc should not be played at all. One should never get indulged.

(9) Avoid eating too hot foods or the things contained with excess chilly, spices etc.

(10) The knowledge about the subjects that we don’t have should not be imparted to others but good knowledge should be shared with others, which keeps on progressing our knowledge.

(11) The student boys and student girls should not mix with each other beyond limitations. The boys should keep friendship with boys and girls should keep it with girls, which is always beneficial.

(12) Skip the laptop. Writing by hand activates more regions of the brain than typing, and may even foster better memory recall. This is of utmost importance to every student.

As a matter of fact, brotherhood, love, respect, sacrifice should be learned from our mother, father, brother, teacher/preacher, and sister.

HOW TO STUDY?

(1) Whatever teacher teaches in the classroom, we must carefully and attentively listen to and may be noted down in brief. Whenever you have leisure, the same brief should be referred and should try to memorize whatever has been taught in the classroom.

It will be difficult in beginning to memorize exactly as taught by the teacher but with little practice, it will be a very easy task. This type of study is the best as memory will become stronger day by day.

(2) Whenever it is feasible, we should prepare the questions ourselves, memorize and try to answer them without external help. This will not only make your study stronger but also help enhance memory.

(3) Regularity in by-hearting the studied subject to be maintained, which is quite helpful for storing the studied subject in mind.

(4) Allotment of time for study and other works, play, entertainment, visits to seminars – auditorium etc be planned and regularly followed as scheduled. This kind of activity is not only for maintaining good health but also helps in enhancing the knowledge, capacity of the brain.

(5) While studying, Siddha Stabilizer or Agarbatti (incense stick) should be used. While lighting it, Sankalp should be recited three times i.e. “I should be able to concentrate on my study, which I should be able to understand and recollect whenever it is needed”. This way, the performance will be a presentable and ultimate goal of successfully clearing examination will be achieved.

(6) There should be sufficient light and clean air in a room while studying. You must sit erect while studying. There is a connection between posture and cognition. A positive learning state, including good posture, is linked with better memory retention and more efficient learning.

(7) Try to remember the good incidents, good sentences, occasions whenever you get time. So, try to read biographies of the great persons, which also will encourage and guide you for a successful life.

(8) Whenever pressure is felt on while studying, you must wash own face with cold and clean water and again continue to study, if desired. For studying, quality matters and not quantity. Hence, maintain regularity from day one of school/college etc.

(9) Whenever the question is asked, try to understand the meaning and then reply briefly covering the main point. Never reply in hurry.

(10) While attending to question paper in an examination hall, do not hurriedly try to write answers. First read the question paper coolly, try to understand the questions and then start writing answers, whichever questions are easy, try to answer first and then solve other questions one by one.

WHAT ARE SADHANA AND PROGRESS?

There are plenty of Sadhana available for overall improvement of students. Following are the 5 successful tips for overall development of the student, which can be learned and practiced independently, these are self-learning Sadhana and every student should practice as a regular activity: –

SIDDHA SADHANA

‘Siddha Brain Exercise’ (Successful Tip No. 1)

It is called ‘energizing’ or ‘brain exercise’. This is performed in three steps, which are mentioned as follows:-

It will help students to increase their memory and thus help remember studies at right time.

SIDDHA SADHANA

‘Siddha Shavasana’ – (Successful Tip No. 2)

The ‘Shavasana’, ‘Deep Breathing’ with a pronunciation of ‘Om’ and ‘Manaspooja’ is celestial, easy and best way for achieving favors.

Those, who can not practice ‘Shavasana’ for religious reasons or any other reasons, they may practice it by the pronunciation of the word as per their belief.

Step (1): Spread carpet or bed sheet on the plain ground/floor and lie down straight on back. Give support of thin soft pillow under the head. Make both the legs apart; the distance between both the legs must be one to one and a half feet. Hands should be by the side of the body; palm, toes, and head pointing towards the roof or sky.

Step (2): Start deep breathing like it is done while sleeping. Maintain the same speed of deep breathing.

Step (3): Concentrate and gather your complete energy, which is to be placed between both the eyebrows. This will control and help the body to be in a condition like a dead body. This is called ‘Shavasana’.

After attaining to this position, start reciting ‘Om’ while breathing deep. The ‘O’ should be uttered at long length while exhaling by making a shape of mouth like a pot having a narrow mouth and while inhaling’ ‘M’ should be completed by shutting the mouth.

Both these actions will be performed slowly and at a long length. The waves created while uttering ‘Om’ are called Alfa Waves. This action should be repeated number of times with a break for a while. This performance is called pronouncing of ‘Om’ with deep breathing.

SIDDHA SADHANA

‘Siddha Manaspooja’ – (Successful Tip No. 3)

The live image of your loving God should be placed in your mind. The Jap of mantra i.e. ‘Om’ should be addressed to Him. By listening to your mantra, imagine that He is blessing you with smiling face, perform Pooja with the way you normally do, surrender Him and say, “I am your illiterate child, care me with all intentions, ask apology for the mistakes if committed any, narrate your all sorrows – happiness, ask for ‘drishtanth’ and recite ‘Siddha Kalyan Sadhana’ at the end.

If this Siddha Manaspooja is performed in mind with an imagination that, ‘your head is kept on His lap’ while going to bed and if felt asleep before completing it, there should not be any reason to worry because you fell asleep in His attachment while performing Siddha Manaspooja.

This sleep is one kind of ‘Samadhi’ i.e. attachment. This way, Siddha Manaspooja can be performed in bed, which may be performed in a sitting position also but after a few days’ practices.

This is the most important Sadhana, which gives the following benefits: –

(1) A tension of the physical body and the mind is removed. Thus physical and psychological health is achieved and is maintained forever.

(2) Pranshakti is collected and stored and utilized for a longer period.

(3) Atmashakti is developed resulting in the confidence level, which helps in performing well for completing work successfully.

(4) Concentration is increased and the mind can be controlled and utilized for performing work positively.

(5) Our God gets satisfied, who cares us from all the way, the expected / unexpected obstacles are avoided, drishtanth is experienced during sleep and we get the required guidance time to time by Him, which can be put into action. Such dreams should not be considered like normal dreams.

SIDDHA SADHANA

‘Siddha Fingers Movement’ – (Successful Tip No. 4)

Whatever has been explained in ‘How to study’ factor, if it is still difficult to concentrate on the study, the following Siddha Sadhana is to be performed, which is quite simple:-

While studying, whichever hand is free, try to open the fingers slowly one by one and then slowly close them one by one. Repeat this action any number of times during the study. This will surely help concentrate your mind in the studies.

SIDDHA SADHANA

‘Siddha Shirshasana’ – (Successful Tip No. 5)

‘Sirshasana’ is also beneficial for increasing memory. This should be performed for not more than 4 to 5 minutes. Doctor’s advice must be obtained before you start doing ‘Sirshasana’. It is performed by standing over the head and feet upward.

SHIRSHASANA

In case, your problems still do not get solved, then you must take the advice of Doctors/Consultant who can also solve the problems with certain remedies. Divine remedies must also be performed along with the remedies suggested by the Doctors/Consultants, which will benefit effectively and a positive way.

I conclude with a advice that if every student devotes sufficient time and apply the remedies suggested above, will certainly lead to ‘progress’ in not only education/study but also help in maintaining health and peace. These methods/remedies have been a result of extensive experiments carried out during the last 12 years by Swami Hardas Charitable Trust.

It would be prudent to say that ‘do not go behind for ‘temporary pleasures’. If you want a ‘permanent pleasure’, successful life, progressive life, the glorious life, you have to work a little harder because there is no shortcut for the success.

Every student has a unique capacity, whichever stage he/she may be or whatever deficiency they may have, those will automatically be corrected and every student who practices these suggested methods i.e. “5 Successful Tips For Development Of Students”, will surely succeed.

These remedies are not so hard to apply or practice. Initially, it may look hard to follow but within a week you will be comfortable and easy to apply and practice them successfully for gaining remarkable success.

So, have nice days ahead. May you be bestowed with ‘health’, ‘peace’, and ‘progress’. Soon, we shall again meet with the series of a new topic about “Health”, wherein we shall discuss individually covering one disease with effective remedies.
