This Siddha Kalyan Sadhana means Siddha Welfare Meditation/Prayer, which is performed with Siddha Method under Swami Hardas Life System. This Sadhana has been created by Dr. Swami Hardas himself for the well-being of the whole of humanity. Its specialty is that it can be recited by any person, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, faith, sex, and age. It is quite effective and favorable for all.
There are numerous benefits of this Sadhana. Most of the problems of life e.g. health, peace, and progress are solved with this Sadhana alone if recited regularly. Reciting of Siddha Kalyan Sadhana is, however, compulsory for the trained persons in Swami Hardas Life System for retaining the impact of Celestial Siddha Shaktipat done during the training session, for them.
It should be recited daily at least twice a day i.e. once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed. The pronunciation of the prayer would be in the Hindi language, with Manaspooja (offering Pooja within the mind) and Aatmaparikshan (retrospection). Satwik Manokamna (Good wish) is said three times in the mind after each stanza of the Sadhana.
However, it can be recited anywhere, while traveling, even without taking a bath, even after taking any kind of food, even wearing shoes or chappals, you are outside the home, etc. This Sadhana is so pious, it needs nothing except it should be regularly recited. In India, ladies do observe unique sanctity during their four days period but that is also not the problem for this Siddha Kalyan Sadhana. It benefits more if recited regularly in a group e.g. with family members at home, in schools with students, institutions, organizations, public gatherings, programs, etc. The procedure of reciting is mentioned as follows:
Preparation
Sit or stand erect, the body should not have any tension, close your eyes, start deep breathing, and say ‘Si’ while breathing in and ‘ddha’ while breathing out. This way the ‘Siddha’ word will be completed, which should be repeated in mind thrice.
Manaspooja and Surrendering
Whichever God or favorable power you believe in, bring the live image in your mind, perform Pooja the way you do, surrender, and imagine God is blessing you. Wait for half a minute and recite the following Siddha Kalyan Sadhana repeating each line three times, and Satwik Manokamna three times after each stanza:

Aatmaparikshan
Before opening your eyes, do Aatmaparikshan (retrospection) for 02 minutes and ask some of the questions to yourself e.g. what kind of selfless services are contributed to achieving/giving health, peace, and progress to self and others? What are my duties towards this unique and precious Siddha Energy? Try to find out answers to your problems and slowly open your eyes. Students may during this process try to remember what they studied for the day etc.
