A NOSE
The human nose is the protruding part of the face that bears the nostrils. The shape of the nose is determined by the nasal bones and the nasal cartilages, including the nasal septum which separates the nostrils. On average the nose of a male is larger than that of a female.
The nose has an area of the olfactory epithelium, specialized cells responsible for the sense of smell. Another function of the nose is the conditioning of inhaled air, warming and moistening it. Nasal hair in the nostrils prevents large particles from entering the lungs. Sneezing is a reflex to expel unwanted particles from the nose that irritate the nasal mucosa. Sneezing can transmit infections because it creates aerosols in which the droplets can harbor pathogens.
Syndrome
Empty nose syndrome, one form of secondary atrophic rhinitis, is a rare clinical syndrome in which people who have clear nasal passages experience a range of symptoms, most common feelings of nasal obstruction, nasal dryness and crusting, and a sensation of being unable to breathe.
People who normally experience Empty Nose Syndrome (NSE) have usually undergone a turbinectomy (removal or reduction of turbinates, structures inside the nose) or other surgical procedures that interfere with turbinates.
Signs and symptoms
There are no objective physical examination findings that positively and definitely diagnose ENS. Generally, one or more turbinates may be reduced or absent when viewed in medical imaging or via endoscope with no sign of physical obstruction, the mucosa will be dry and pale, and there may be signs of secondary infection.
Symptoms of ENS include a sensation of being unable to breathe, a feeling of nasal obstruction and dryness, and crusting, oozing, and foul smells inside the nose from infections.
A person with ENS may complain of pain in their nose or face, an inability to sleep and fatigue, and feeling irritated, depressed, or anxious; they may be constantly distracted by the sense that they are not getting enough air or difficulty in breathing.
Causes of a nose
The cause may be changed to the nasal mucous membrane and to the nerve endings in the mucosa resulting from chronic changes to the temperature and humidity of the air flowing inside the nose, caused in turn by removal or reduction of the turbinates.
Direct damage to the nerves may be a result of surgical intervention; however, as of 2015, there is no technology that allows the mapping of the sensory nerves within the nose, so it is difficult to determine whether this is causative of ENS.
Because the occurrence of ENS is rare and investigators have been unable to identify consistent diagnostic or precipitating features, psychological causes leading to a psychosomatic condition have been proposed.
No consensus criteria exist for the diagnosis of ENS; it is typically diagnosed by ruling out other conditions, with ENS remaining the likely diagnosis if the signs and symptoms are present.
A “cotton test” has been proposed, in which moist cotton is held where a turbinate should be, to see if it provides relief; while this has not been validated nor is it widely accepted, it may be useful to identify which people may benefit from surgery.
As of 2015, protocols for using rhinomanometry to diagnose ENS and measure response to surgery were under development, as was a standardized clinical instrument (a well defined and validated questionnaire) to obtain more useful reporting of a symptom.
Prevention
Avoiding turbinectomy or using turbinate-sparing techniques may prevent ENS.
Treatment – Medical Science
Initial treatment is similar to atrophic rhinitis, namely keeping the nasal mucosa moist with saline or oil-based lubricants and treating pain and infection as they arise; adding menthol to lubricants may be helpful in ENS, as may be the use of a cool mist humidifier at home.
For people with anxiety, depression, or who are obsessed with the feeling that they can’t breathe, psychiatric or psychological care may be helpful.
The medical science has developed a lot and developing day by day. But its quite pathetic that it is going beyond the reach of poor people. The motto of medical science should be of making the facilities easily available at affordable cost, but this important factor has been neglected. Let us examine one example of ‘nosebleeds‘, which can be normal as well as become a serious issue also.
Nosebleeds
Nosebleeds can be frightening, but they aren’t usually a sign of anything serious and can often be treated at home without the medical help but in serious cases, one must visit a doctor for further deterioration of health.
The medical name for a nosebleed is epistaxis. During a nosebleed, blood flows from one or both nostrils. It can be heavy or light and last from a few seconds to 10 minutes or even more than that.
In view of the above situation, if a sufferer is staying away from the city where no medical services are available, how can a poor get health, peace, and progress? Owing to this failure, almost 70% of people are unable to avail the facilities of prevailing medical science. Then why one should not become independent in controlling a situation, which may happen with self or others. I am of the opinion that our best efforts are also required for controlling the situation for our or others health.
Therefore, Dr. Swami Hardas has introduced ‘Swami Hardas Life System‘ / ‘CCPE Life System‘ (Conceptual Creative Positive Energy Life System), which is the requirement of the people as it fulfills their requirement of health, peace, and progress in totality. Any person, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, faith, and sex can learn, adopt, and apply this method.
However, although we have read about a nose, syndrome of a nose, signs & symptoms of a nose, causes of a nose, diagnosis of a nose, prevention of a nose, and treatment of a nose within the limit of medical science.
We are yet to know about the self-learned and self-practiced remedies available in Siddha Spirituality, and that too without money and medicines. Hence, let us know about such remedies available in Siddha Spirituality of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’ / ‘CCPE Life System’ for the wellbeing of all of us.
How To Apply 3 Most Successful Remedies For a Healthy Nose
REMEDY No. 1: SIDDHA SHAKTIDATA YOG
This ‘Siddha Shaktidata Yog’ is specially introduced for practicing by any common person so that they too are benefited. There is no compulsion of training of ‘Swami Hardas Life System’/’CCPE Life System’ etc.
No ‘Celestial Siddha Shaktipat’ is required for practicing of this Yog. This Yog not only gives benefits to self but also it can be used for others effectively, who may be in the same house, distantly available in the same city, same nation or may be in any corner of the world.
The method for practicing this Yog for the healing of own nose is explained as follows, please learn and practice accordingly: –
Material Required: ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas and ‘Aasan’. One needs to have a ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas for practicing this Yog, which may be of calendar size or passport size.
The ‘Shaktidata Photo’ can be acquired from any of the nearest Training Centers of ‘Swami Hardas Charitable Trust’ established all over India or directly from ‘Shaktidata’, Pune (India).
Method: Sit comfortably on the ground over any piece of cloth or Aasan. Hold the ‘Shaktidata Photo’ of Dr. Swami Hardas in any of the hand (Left or Right). Start looking continuously in the eyes of Swamiji and say a Sankalp 3 times i.e. “Siddha Swami Give Me Siddha Energy so that I get Health”. Keep looking continuously for a few seconds and feel/imagine Swamiji is bestowing ‘Siddha Energy’.
Now, close eyes for half a minute and establish the received energy in between two eyebrows just above the nose on the forehead for half a minute. Repeat this process three times. However, do not open eyes after the third event finishes.
Now start moving the energy inside the whole body starting from the point between two eyebrows and slowly going down up to the toes and again up to the point between two eyebrows. Repeat this process i.e. up and down nine times.
Where there is a problem (in this case, we have a problem with a nose) in the body at a particular spot, where the energy should be rotated for little longer time. Finish this process within 3 minutes and open the eyes by leaving the energy at a nose having the feeling that the energy is going through a nose inside, nose bone, veins, and surrounding. Then open the eyes slowly.
This way, the ‘Siddha Shaktidata Yog’ gets completed. This Yog may be performed, if required, with a minimum gap of an hour till complete relief is achieved.
This Yog can be performed for other problems also. The ‘Sankalp’ can be as per the need or ‘Satwik Manokamna’ (Good Desire). It can be practiced for the fulfillment of any good desire or gaining health.
REMEDY No. 2: CCPE PRODUCTS
These are two different products – One is known as ‘Extractor’ and second is ‘Booster’, which works on the concepts of ‘Conceptual Creative Positive Energy’ (CCPE) within the provisions of Siddha Spirituality of ‘CCPE Life System‘.
These products work on the theory of Quantum Mechanism to a certain extent. They are in the constant touch with the Siddha Energy being relayed from Shaktidata, Pune (India) on 24×7 principal.
The products are activated only whenever touched by a human. But they should be safeguarded from the water. Otherwise, they can render life-long service. These can be used for self as well as for any member of family, relatives, friends etc.
How to use these products? This is a great question. But do not worry, the uses are simple, which are explained below, read them carefully, understand and instantly practice them for achieving best results:-
CCPE Extractor: It should be held with two fingers upright having kept the third finger over the hole at the one end of a CCPE Extractor. This should be gently moved with circular motion over the nose, move it at least for 3 minutes. Then keep it aside but not over the bare ground.
CCPE Booster: After the use of CCPE Extractor, hold ‘CCPE Booster’ with all the fingers around the edges and keep one CCPE Booster between two eyebrows (Agya Chakra) and second over the nose for 3 to 5 minutes. Remember, the booster has one side plain and another side is engraved with the name of the product. The plain side of the booster only to be touched to the skin.
Both the processes, in this case, may need hardly 8 to 10 minutes. After completing the process, wait for 5 minutes and observe how much benefit is achieved. For example – if someone has a sneezing problem and he/she could only reduce sneezing frequency to a certain extent, then again repeat the process every after one hour. This way a nose can be made healthy.
However, your problem is most likely to be solved on the spot or some may need more time. It depends on the energy field of the particular person how he/she responds to the remedy. But the benefit is assured.
REMEDY No. 3: UAM
UAM (Understanding, Awakening & Movement): It is a unique process which can be applied by the persons who have undergone training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat. After completing these requirements, he/she can make the best use of the process much faster than any other methods available.
So, to know more and adopt the process, it is mandatory to undergo a unique training and Celestial Siddha Shaktipat process. We have such centers all over India and even in some countries where selfless services are being rendered free of cost.
