Siddha Shanti meditation gives immediate peace and countenance (darshana). The special program of countenance (darshana) is conducted regularly in Siddha Mandir, Pune. Participants of this unique program experience peace and almost 90% devotees get countenance of their favorite Gods on the spot.

Siddha shanti meditation (सिद्ध शांति ध्यान)

If it is believed that life runs with the grace of His Almighty, then it is full of satisfaction, happiness, and peace, etc. Keeping these intentions at the highest level, Siddha Shanti meditation has been created by Dr. Swami Hardas, which is most important and gives results immediately. Many have experienced it. Siddha Shanti meditation has been categorized into three parts:

The time of performing this Siddha Manaspooja is especially before going for sleep or whenever the time is available.

Siddha shanti meditation Method (सिद्ध शांति ध्यान विधि)

Step 1: Shavasana (चरण 1: शवासन)

Spread carpet or bed sheet on the plain ground/floor and lie down straight on back. Give a support of a thin soft pillow under the head. Make both the legs apart; the distance between them must be of one to one and a half feet. Hands should be by the side of the body, palm, toes, and head pointing towards the roof or sky. It is known as Shavasana.

Step 2: Getting ready to pronounce ‘Om’ (चरण 2: ‘ओम’ का उच्चारण करने के लिए तैयार होना)

Start deep breathing like it is done during sleep. Maintain deep breathing for a while.

Step 3: Manaspooja (चरण 3: मानसपूजा)

Concentrate and gather your complete energy, which is to be placed imaginary in between both the eyebrows. This will control and help the body to be in a condition like a dead body. This is called Shavasana, the first category of Siddha Manaspooja (worship in mind).

After attaining this position, start reciting Om, or ॐ (ओम) during deep breathing. The ‘O’(ओ) should be uttered at long length while exhaling with making the shape of your mouth like a pot having narrow mouth and during inhaling process, ‘M’ (म) should be uttered while closing the mouth. It thus completes the word – Om, ॐ (ओम). Both these actions must be performed slowly and at a long length.

The waves created while uttering Om, or ॐ (ओम) are called Alfa Waves. This action should be repeated a number of times with a break for a while. This performance is called the pronouncing of Om – the second step of Siddha Manaspooja. This should be performed in a natural way i.e. peacefully, with concentration, and with no tension on the body and mind.

The third step of Manaspooja should be performed with the continuous pronunciation of Om, or ॐ (ओम).

Perform Pooja (worship) with the way you normally do, surrender Him, and say, “I am your illiterate child, care me with all intentions”, apologize Him for the mistakes if committed any, narrate your all sorrows – and share happiness, ask for drishtanth (instancy).

Almighty’s attachment (सर्वशक्तिमान का लगाव)

If Siddha Shanti meditation is performed with the imagination that you have kept your head on His lap (while going to bed) and fell asleep even before completion of Siddha Shanti meditation, there should not be any reason to worry because you have slept in your Almighty’s attachment.

Samadhi (समाधि)

This kind of sleep is Samadhi i.e. attachment. This way, Siddha Shanti meditation can be performed in bed for a temporary period. The same needs to be performed in a sitting position after a few days’ practice.
